Byron has over 25 years of professional and executive leadership experience spanning diverse sectors, including business, education, development, and community-based initiatives. He is a Certified Professional Master Business Coach (PBCA) and a GiANT certified leadership coach and facilitator of several leadership and business effectiveness evaluation tools.

Byron's passion for coaching, advising, and training leaders has taken him across North America, the Middle East, the European Union, and the UK. His "industry agnostic" approach allows him to work across disciplines and cross-pollinate ideas from AI and Information Technology to Asphalt Sealcoating, Food & Beverage to Graphic Design, Hospitality to Manufacturing, and Senior Adult Placement and Healthcare Services to the Trades Industry.

He co-founded and serves as Vice President of Infinite Ping, Inc, an international boutique consultancy based in the USA. Additionally, he coaches business owners and provides workshops and training sessions to corporate groups, start-ups, and small and mid-market businesses. As the Vice President of Diversified Professional Coaching, LLC, Byron helps business owners and executives unlock their full potential by linking them with over 50 certified professional business coaches. 

Byron's extensive experiences include co-founding, scaling, and exiting from a US-based facility maintenance company, creating an advancement/alumni relations office for a prestigious international school in Cairo, Egypt, and implementing successful fundraising strategies for US-based social entrepreneurship ventures.

Aside from his business acumen, Byron is adept at navigating diverse cultural contexts, honing his intercultural skills by living and working in developing countries for over 20 years. He enjoys international travel and engages with various global environments while understanding intercultural dynamics deeply.

Byron dedicates his time to serve on numerous boards of local, regional, and international non-profit organizations, charitable foundations, and religious institutions offering guidance towards issues of start-up and scale to restructuring and resource development.
